Aziza Umarova is governance expert and CEO at boutique consulting firm dealing with the public sector reform. World Bank’s, UNICEF, UNFPA and OECD consultant. She offers intimate understanding of the Central Asian region and multidisciplinary approach, grounded in academic degrees in international economics, political science and long standing experience in governance. Extensive expertise spans across innovation in public sector, anti-corruption and integrity, public service delivery, eGov & digital transformation, regulatory quality and innovation. Aziza lived and worked in the United Kingdom, China, Austria, Singapore, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
