Biography
Hlib Vyshlinsky has over 20 years’ experience in economic analysis and research.
Since 2015 Hlib has been managing Centre for Economic Strategy, an independent Ukrainian policy think tank working on advancing sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
In 2015-19, Hlib was a member of the Council of “Reanimation Package of Reforms” civic platform of over 80 Ukrainian NGOs. Since 2020, Hlib is a member of the Supervisory Board of “Mystetskyi Arsenal“, Ukraine’s flagship cultural institution that brings together various arts.
From 2010 to April 2015, Hlib was Deputy Director at GfK Ukraine, the country’s leading market research agency. He worked at GfK Ukraine since 2003. Prior to that, during 1997-2003 he was Senior Economist, Publications Director and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies. Hlib began his career as an economic journalist and editor, working in different mass media during 1993-1998.”
