Liubov Akulenko

Liubov Akulenko is Executive Director of the Kyiv-based non-government think tank Ukrainian Centre for European Policy. Liubov is a graduate of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and obtained a PhD degree in Public Administration at the National Academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of Ukraine.

Her field of expertise is EU-Ukraine relations with the focus on the implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine. Besides, she conducted numerous successful sectoral advocacy campaigns for fulfilment of Ukraine’s commitments under the Association Agreement.
